the "NOMADES" series:

A trip to infinity...

Elvire Parazols paints mostly her series "Nomades" in all the possible directions so that more pictures can be developed in one. As a spectator, you can watch these pictures the ways they have been originally painted. However the great purpose of this work is to let you discover your own vision by re-arranging them the way you like most (see the creativity studio). This flexibility and the freedom of composition are trully fascinating and unique. This is an art to move and be moved deeply and so lightly at the same time. Those Nomades show us that deeper meanings and thoughtfulness can be delightful and highly fun.

the "Sedentary" series:

the "Sedentary" series, although made in the same symbolic style as the Nomades, is based on a primal and universal meaning, painted in one direction only which makes the reading somehow «quieter» than in the Nomades' world. They are considered by the artist to be the parents of the Nomades Series. For this reason do they represent a first step into Elvire's new world of symbolic language and signs. However the Sedentary series did not stop when the Nomades were created. They fulfill another purpose in this colourful world: they show us a more introvert, meditativ and reflectiv side of the artist's pictoral world.
